A couple of weeks ago, which the photos will do the 'talking', Ed took me on a road trip to Swansea and back in a day where we have a quick stop for take away coffee (for me) and light brekkie at FRESH, Campbell Town.
Then, lunch at Kabuki by the Sea, Swansea.

A stop at the beach on the way back to Launceston after the delicious Japanese lunch...
And a second stop at Kate's Berry Farm for Dessert.
A total of 6.5 hours of food and fun! ... If only we can do it every weekend... If only...
